Summary: The Painter is responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential homes. The Painter assists in making residential homes move-in ready and creating the best possible experience within our residential communities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide administration support of construction contracts
· Review and make recommendations on submittals

Summary: The Construction Laborer is responsible for assisting with layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures and fixtures in residential buildings. The construction laborer is responsible for demolition of materials, general cleanup, and proper material handling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Operating a variety of hand and power tools.</li>
<li>Cleaning and preparing construction sites as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to erect scaffolding, fencing, and ladders.</li>
<li>Removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.</li>

Qualifications:

The Senior Estimator is a highly experienced professional responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for high voltage distribution, transmission, and substation projects under a Time &amp; Equipment (T&amp;E) model. This role emphasizes precision in labor and equipment forecasting, strong technical knowledge of high voltage work, and collaboration with project teams to ensure estimates align with client expectations and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Lead the preparation of detailed T&amp;E-based estimates for high voltage projects, focusing on labor hours, equipment utilization, and productivity factors.</li>
<li>Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and client documentation to determine resource requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations and field leadership to validate crew compositions, work methods, and production rates.</li>
<li>Develop pricing strategies that reflect market conditions, resource availability, and project complexity.</li>
