As a Conversational Design Consultant, you will be responsible for designing compelling contact center experiences and delivering impactful business value to our clients, and their end-users. 
You'll lead the design workstream within major customer experience transformations, across both the voice and digital channels.

Required Qualifications:

Position Summary
BB&amp;E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager to join our team, supporting AFCEC onsite at Tyndall, AFB, Panama City, FL. 
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities
· Provide administration support of construction contracts
· Review and make recommendations on submittals
· Review and make recommendations on test results and reports
· Review and make recommendations on performance/status reports
· Review and make recommendations on requests for progress payments
· Review and provide recommendations on recovery plans
· Review and comment on inspections of on-going and completed construction to ensure compliance with applicable drawings, specifications, codes, criteria, and contract requirements
· If the inspection identifies non-compliance items, submit a written report identifying recommended corrective actions to the COR within 24 hours after completion of an inspection 
· If non-compliant items are life, safety, and health non-compliance issues, immediately verbally notify the COR and submit a written report identifying recommended corrective actions to the COR within 24 hours after completion of the inspection; if a verbal notification was made, include the name of the COR and the date/time of the verbal notification in the written report 
· Coordinate with the supporting Wing and construction contractors for scheduling and execution of O&amp;M training as applicable 
· Provide assistance to actively manage cost growth of project resulting from user requested changes 
· Review and make recommendations on construction submittals for compliance with applicable design specifications
Requirements
Key Qualifications
· U.S. Citizenship and theability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC is required
· Ability to effectively operating as a member of an Engineering or joint discipline planning team
· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Software: Proficiency using MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines autonomously
Experience &amp; Education
· Experience: A minimum of 10 years of directly applicable work experience is required
· Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science) from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited college or university is required

Position Overview
GMS is seeking highly skilled Journeyman-Level IRHX Service Technicians to support Level 2 (Pre-Startup Verification) and Level 3 (Startup &amp; Commissioning) activities for advanced IRHX cooling systems in hyperscale data centers. This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness and compliance with project commissioning standards. Technicians will perform mechanical inspections, electrical verification, and commissioning tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Core Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Execute Level 2 Pre-Startup Verification (PSV): Inspect IRHX modules, verify mechanical/electrical assemblies, identify deficiencies, and perform corrective actions.</li>
<li>Perform Level 3 Startup &amp; Commissioning: Energize equipment safely, program ECM fans and VFDs, validate sensors, troubleshoot operational issues, and complete commissioning documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and structured workflows.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with Mechanical Contractors (MC), General Contractors (GC), and internal GMS teams.</li>
<li>Represent GMS professionally in hyperscale data center environments.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Journeyman-level license in one jurisdiction: MD, VA, or DC.</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience at journeyman level in HVAC, piping, or mechanical/electrical systems.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude with hydronic systems (pumps, coils, glycol loops).</li>
<li>Electrical proficiency: control wiring, Modbus networks, and ability to read wiring diagrams.</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical deficiencies independently.</li>
<li>Familiarity with VFDs, ECM motors, and digital control systems.</li>
<li>Competence in completing technical documentation accurately.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5–8 years of experience in mission-critical environments (data centers or similar).</li>
<li>Proven experience with equipment startup and commissioning processes.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of low-voltage control wiring systems and networked controls.</li>
<li>OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and Lockout/Tagout certifications highly preferred.</li>
