Maintenance Electrician – Power Up Critical Infrastructure in Compressor Stations

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Electrician to support ongoing operations at compressor stations located in Texas and New Mexico. Required Skills:
- Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance or similar roles
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company-provided trucks
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working in compressor stations or energy facilities
- Familiarity with HVAC and motor controls
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Basic understanding of automation and instrumentation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
- Journeyman electrician license is preferred but not mandatory
- At least 3 years of industrial electrical experience
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with potential overtime
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations, including Carlsbad, West Texas, and surrounding areas
