ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

<li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in accordance with company policies</li>

<li>Project Collaboration

<li>Work closely with project managers, homeowners, designers, and trade partners to ensure smooth installation and integration of plumbing work into the broader remodeling process</li>

<li>Documentation &amp; Reporting

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

As a Punch-Out/Master Carpenter, you will play a critical role in the final phase of construction, ensuring that every detail is perfected before project completion. You'll handle everything from intricate trim work to last-minute adjustments, making sure our homes meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.
 
This role requires a highly skilled finish carpenter who can work efficiently, problem-solve on the fly, and execute fine details with precision. You'll collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure each home is move-in ready and up to the level of excellence our clients expect.
 
What You'll Be Doing:

<li>Install and adjust doors, windows, cabinetry, baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and custom millwork.</li>
<li>Address and complete all punch-out items, including adjustments, touch-ups, and finishing details.</li>
<li>Construct and install built-in shelving, paneling, stair components, and other high-end woodwork.</li>
<li>Inspect finished work to ensure it meets luxury home standards before final walkthroughs.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve any carpentry-related issues before homeowner turnover.</li>
<li>Sand, stain, paint, and finish wood surfaces as needed for a seamless, high-end appearance.</li>
<li>Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure all last-minute corrections are handled efficiently.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain woodworking tools and ensure job sites are left clean and organized.</li>

Dogwood Industries is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our Team in Sedro-Woolley, WA. A successful candidate will be able to efficiently and accurately weld steel assemblies from plan specifications and quality control hold points. They will be able to perform fitting tasks, process complex parts for assembly and finish welding operations. A successful candidate must be able to understand written and verbal instructions while following dimensional and welding drawings and produce quality welds within a given process.&nbsp;
 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<li>Welding competency in all positions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to set weld machines to optimum parameters for work in accordance with WPS</li>
<li>Understands weld symbols and prepares joints in accordance with code</li>

<li>Operate machinery and tools such as grinders, saws, torches, and drills to measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal parts according to design specifications</li>
