Position Overview:
We are looking to hire an already certified Rater, or those with the experience/aptitude to be trained in time for the influx of work that comes in the Summer. A HERS rater tests HVAC systems based on Title 24 guidelines set by the State. A HERS Rater must be certified by one of the State Registries.

Requirements:

Work Schedule: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)
Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + SPIFFS

What You Will Be Doing: 
<ul>
<li>Customer service</li>
<li>Maintain and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems - commercial &amp; residential.</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues related to heating &amp; cooling, </li>
<li>Work with property maintenance companies/building owners to address HVAC-related concerns.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all service operations.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver's license &amp; insurable driving record</li>
<li>3+ years of Commercial Service Experience </li>
<li>EPA Universal Certificate</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints</li>
<li>Experienced with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques</li>
<li>Advanced customer service skills</li>
<li>Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment</li>
<li>Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices</li>
<li>Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques</li>
<li>High school diploma or its equivalent</li>

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Handyman to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across our properties/facilities. The ideal candidate has a broad set of skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, and is comfortable working independently to ensure that all systems and structures remain functional, safe, and aesthetically sound. Key Responsibilities include:

<li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities. </li>
<li>Handle minor electrical work such as replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets. </li>
<li>Complete basic plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and unclogging drains. </li>
<li>Conduct carpentry repairs, including doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim work. </li>
<li>Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed. </li>
<li>Inspect properties and systems to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance. </li>
