Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Patrolling, inspecting, and monitoring the premises, personnel, and residents to maintain a safe and secure environment</li>
<li>Documenting any incident and informing of all policy breaches or procedures that take place</li>
<li>Examining, going over, and inspecting buildings and equipment as well as access points to identify any irregularities</li>
<li>Working to prevent losses and destruction by promptly reporting any observed suspicious activity</li>
<li>Circulating the facility regularly to ensure the safety and security of the community</li>
<li>Preserving the security of the establishment with a visible presence</li>
<li>Delivering excellent customer service and upholding a professional demeanor at all times</li>

Candidate's requirements:

<li>Must possess valid State of Florida security licenses, Class D and G</li>
<li>Possession of a personal firearm is mandatory for G license holders</li>
<li>Possession of a valid FL Driver's License</li>
<li>Access to reliable transportation</li>
<li>Availability to work variable hours is necessary</li>
