We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team in Midland, Texas. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and maintain financial data within accounting systems.
• Process invoices and assist with coding for accounts payable transactions.
• Generate and review standard accounting reports to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and file financial records in both electronic and paper formats.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with established procedures and deadlines
• Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines consistently.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of efficiency.
