The staffing position is requested to provide the operation and overall technical assistance in support of AV / VTC systems for the Government customer. The position will report to the Government customer site daily during normal working hours and fall under the direction of the Government customer lead, as well as the iSoft Director of Operations. Working hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 – 5:00 p.m. Federal Holidays observed. Some after-hour and weekend work may be requested by the Customer with the opportunity for overtime. This position is funded by a renewable, annual contract with the Federal Government customer.
VTC/AV support specialist is responsible for all aspects of Government customer video conferencing systems to include end user support for all scheduled unclassified VTC sessions and broad technical support for AV rooms and equipment. This person will be part of a reliable onsite team responsible for all AV/VTC related issues and therefore must carry an experienced and proven background exhibiting proficiency in AV/VTC technical capabilities in order to troubleshoot hardware configurations for a variety of AV/VTC systems including but not limited to: Crestron / AMX control systems, Cisco / Poly VTC codecs, MS Teams and similar soft video applications, amps, speakers, mics, DSPs, video switchers, displays, projectors, AV bridges, etc.). Commercial Litigation Paralegal

A company in DC is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with significant experience supporting commercial litigation matters and large-scale trials. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and bring deep knowledge of litigation procedures from discovery through trial and appeal.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case intake, discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings.</li>
<li>Manage case files, maintain pleadings, and coordinate document productions (including e-discovery platforms).</li>
<li>Draft and prepare legal documents such as subpoenas, deposition summaries, exhibit lists, witness binders, and trial notebooks.</li>
<li>Assist in fact investigation, deposition preparation, and trial strategy.</li>
<li>Coordinate trial logistics, including witness scheduling, courtroom technology, and evidence management.</li>
<li>Attend depositions, hearings, and trials to provide direct litigation and trial team support.</li>
<li>Perform legal research and cite-check briefs, motions, and memoranda.</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a strong focus on commercial litigation.</li>
<li>Demonstrated big trial experience, ideally supporting complex, high-stakes cases in state and/or federal court.</li>
<li>Proficiency with litigation support software (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, CaseMap, TrialDirector, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of court rules, procedures, and e-filing in both state and federal courts.</li>
