Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Shift:
2nd Shift (Mon - Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) 
3rd Shift (Mon–Fri, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Training: Required on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
 
Summary:
We're looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our machines and equipment running smoothly. This includes fixing mechanical and electrical issues, doing regular maintenance, and helping with equipment installations.
 
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance on machines (motors, tools, conveyors, etc.)</li>
<li>Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li>
<li>Use hand and power tools for repairs</li>
<li>Set up and fine-tune injection molding machines</li>
<li>Grease, oil, and fuel equipment as needed</li>
<li>Identify and fix safety hazards</li>
<li>Help conserve resources by using tools and parts efficiently</li>
<li>Perform other maintenance-related tasks as needed</li>
</ul>
 
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>HS Diploma Required</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferred)</li>
<li>Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and reading schematics</li>
<li>Skilled with tools and repair techniques</li>
<li>Good problem-solving and communication skills</li>
<li>Can safely lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Willing to work overtime or weekends if needed</li>
<li>Must stay alert and work safely at all times</li>
