This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in May 2025. Interviews will begin in April 2025.
We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li>
<li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li>
<li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li>

 Qualifications

Position Overview:
As a Cosmetic Associate IV, Cosmetic, PDR, you will have the opportunity to work at one of our inspection centers, where you will be responsible for conducting and inspecting the heaviest paintless dent repair during our reconditioning process. You will also serve as a point of contact for the Cosmetic department and help train others on PDR techniques. The qualifying candidate must love helping people and possess the drive to achieve superior customer satisfaction. They must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Inspect the vehicle for dent repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Perform Paintless Dent Repair services on vehicles for dents up to basketball size, including hail repair. </li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for the Cosmetic department and help train others on PDR techniques. </li>
<li>Concisely and collaboratively communicate with the Cosmetic team if additional work on a vehicle is needed. </li>
<li>Communicates effectively across zones/departments to support production and assists in issue resolution.</li>
<li>Follow proper operating rules, procedures, and standardized work initiatives as assigned. </li>
<li>Work on a variety of vehicle tasks for extended periods.</li>
<li>Partner and communicate clearly with other team members and departments involved in the vehicle reconditioning process. </li>
<li>Maintain a clean and productive work environment by keeping tools and supplies organized throughout the Cosmetic department.</li>
<li>Report any safety issues or accidents to management immediately.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>
</ul>
What the job requires:
This position requires at least 5-7 years of paintless dent repair experience. It requires someone who has an expert level understanding of paintless dent repair while having an interest in continuing their career in PDR. Requirements include: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5-7 years of paintless dent repair experience</li>
<li>Minimum of at least five years of preventative maintenance.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 25% as needed</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.</li>
<li>A valid Driver's License. </li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools. </li>
