Hours
Hours 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Every other Saturday. Hours may change in the off-season to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>As a Master Technician you will be required to perform complex diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery on agricultural and some small construction equipment along with Precision Farming hardware and software products.</li>
<li>Provide customers with excellent customer service and respect</li>
<li>Being an expert entails: staying up to date with training and assisting other technicians with unresolved issues on occasion as an expert</li>
<li>Complete accurate, detailed, and timely documentation</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience performing service repairs</li>
<li>Master Service Technician certification preferred</li>
<li>Are mechanically skilled, Customer-focused, self-driven, and an independent problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work.</li>
<li>Associate’s Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program preferred</li>
