<li>Brushing, combing, and shampooing hair</li>

<li>Assist with oral care such as brushing teeth or denture care when the participant is unable.</li>
<li>Assisting to and from the bed to a wheelchair, walker, or chair when a participant is weight-bearing.</li>
<li>Helping the participants with ordinarily self-administered medications (open bottles, get water)</li>
<li>Tidying and dusting the home;</li>
<li>Cleaning kitchen counters, cupboards, and appliances, including oven, surface burners and fridge</li>
<li>Laundering clothes and linens;</li>
<li>Making beds and changing sheets;</li>
<li>Sweeping and/or vacuuming and mopping floors;</li>
<li>Bagging trash inside the home and putting it out for pick-up;</li>
