Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Supervise and lead the harvest team, ensuring proper techniques and compliance with regulations.</li>
<li>Oversee the harvesting process, including cutting, trimming, drying, and curing cannabis.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate the fresh frozen processing to maintain terpene profiles and product quality.</li>
<li>Ensure proper techniques are used for bucking marijuana, separating flowers from stems efficiently.</li>
<li>Supervise the cleaning and sanitation of dry rooms and all post-harvest equipment to meet health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Work closely with cultivation and processing teams to ensure smooth transitions between growing, harvesting, and curing.</li>
<li>Track and document harvest metrics, including yield, waste, drying conditions, and production efficiency.</li>
<li>Train staff on best practices for handling and processing cannabis while ensuring a safe working environment.</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain humidity and temperature controls in dry rooms for optimal product preservation.</li>
<li>Oversee the proper disposal of plant waste in compliance with state and local regulations.</li>
<li>Work with compliance officers to ensure all record-keeping and reporting requirements are met.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment to promote GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.</li>

Required Skills &amp; Abilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in a cannabis cultivation, harvesting, or post-harvest management role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of state and local regulations regarding cannabis production and waste disposal.</li>
<li>Experience in fresh frozen processing, drying, and curing techniques.</li>
<li>Ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring high productivity and quality standards.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate harvest logs and reports.</li>
<li>Knowledge of pest and contamination prevention in post-harvest environments.</li>
<li>Ability to operate and troubleshoot post-harvest machinery and drying room equipment.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50lbs, standing for long periods).</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in product quality.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.</li>
<li>Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check per state cannabis regulations.</li>

Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Experience in large-scale cannabis operations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Anden Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers and drying systems.</li>
<li>Certifications in GMP, OSHA, or METRC compliance.</li>
<li>Strong background in inventory management and compliance tracking.</li>

Trim&nbsp;and remove&nbsp;trees, remove unwanted,&nbsp;diseased or dying limbs on trees, or to affect the health and safety of trees or surrounding areas&nbsp;by performing the following duties.&nbsp;
Job Duties
What You’ll Do:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Learn to climb trees! (Yes, we will pay you to do that.) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Operate as a member of a tree crew while progressively learning new skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Learn to perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal services safely and skillfully for clients. Including but not limited to: &nbsp;</li>
<li>Tree identification and industry pruning guidelines&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prune, thin, and remove deadwood throughout the tree canopy&nbsp;</li>
<li>Learn how to install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in removal of hazardous trees&nbsp;</li>
<li>Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and more. &nbsp;</li>

Qualifications

<li>Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law &nbsp;</li>
