Maintenance Tech’s in Forest Lake, MN | $22.00 - $30.00/Hour Our Maintenance Tech’s workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 03:45 pm until 12:00 am This job is a  Skilled Industrial type position that that pays $22.00 - $30.00/Hour and is a  Direct Hire opportunity. Maintenance Tech Duties and Responsibilities –- Work cooperatively with all employees.- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems of production equipment.- Repair all auxiliary equipment such as temperature controllers, granulators and conveyors- Install new machinery; modify equipment to meet special requirements.- Maintain building, lighting, ventilation and HVAC systems.- Perform minor janitorial duties throughout the facility.- Complete preventive maintenance schedules on all equipment.- Assist outside contractors, manufacturing engineering and secondary operations with special projects.- Implement new technologies.- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor Maintenance Tech Requirements and Qualifications –- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance  - Previous experience performing maintenance on injection molding machines is preferred.- The ability to multitask, manage several tasks at the same time without losing the ability to complete them on time- Communicate with other departments and team members in a professional and respectful manner - Basic computer skills- Basic understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, fluid power and electrical- Understanding of print reading- Technical knowledge of injection mold machines.- To be able to perform daily tasks safely and effectively- To work independently with limited supervision  How to Apply for Award Staffing’s Maintenance Tech’s in Forest Lake, MNWe at Award Staffing are excited to speak with you about this fantastic opportunity to build your future!
