Must-haves
<ul>
<li>3-4 years of experience with core Java Development specifically working in the backend.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>J2EE Experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have experience in source control .</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Database skills with SQL and Oracle.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to write their own scripts within the databases.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have experience with new development as well as with maintaining existing applications.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in an enterprise level company.</li>
</ul>
Plusses
<ul>
<li>XML .</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>JSON .</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Web service protocols.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Health Care Industry experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience with JUnit or any automated testing tool.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with Spring and Hibernate.</li>
</ul>
