Construction Site Office Cleaner
LEAD Mission Critical is seeking a dependable Construction Site Office Cleaner to maintain office trailers, the canteen/break area, and assigned common spaces on an active construction site in Mooresville, Indiana.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, stays productive with limited supervision, and helps keep spaces clean, sanitary, and organized. This role may also assist with light general labor and site-support tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean office trailers, including desks, tables, counters, and frequently touched surfaces
- Maintain clean and sanitary canteen and break areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Clean assigned restrooms and restock paper products and soap
- Organize cleaning supplies and notify supervision when stock is low
- Assist with general housekeeping, debris removal, and light site-support duties
- Follow site safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to supervision
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail
- Comfortable working on an active construction site
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Availability to consistently work the scheduled shift
