MJ Motorsports is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant and Social Media Marketing Specialist. This position combines automotive sales, customer service, and digital marketing to help grow our brand and increase vehicle sales.
Responsibilities
Sales Duties
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding buying experience.
- Answer questions regarding vehicle features, financing options, and warranties.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
- Assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
Social Media & Marketing Duties
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Photograph and record videos of incoming inventory.
- Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries.
- Develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor online reviews and maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
- Valid driver's license required.
