About the Role

A leading multi-site industrial manufacturer is launching a company-wide Reliability Program and we're are hiring a CMMS Coordinator to take ownership of the maintenance system (IBM Maximo) and serve as the operational backbone of this initiative. This goal for this hire is to improve equipment uptime, reduce downtime, and standardize maintenance practices across its operations. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on plant performance, reliability strategy, and maintenance execution.

What You’ll Own

CMMS & Maintenance System Ownership
\n
- \n
- Own and manage the CMMS (IBM Maximo) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Coordinate entry and structure of preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance tasks
- Maintain equipment hierarchies, work order quality, and system integrity

Work Order & PM Program Management
\n
- \n
- Monitor PM and CM completion, compliance, and scheduling
- Review planned vs. actual labor hours and identify gaps
- Ensure PM programs are properly built (checklists, triggers, frequencies, schedules)
- Identify and implement improvements to work order quality and execution

Process Improvement & Documentation
\n

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and guidance for CMMS usage
- Drive consistency in how maintenance is planned, scheduled, and documented
- Support reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives across the site

What We’re Looking For
\n
\n
Experience
\n
- \n
- 3+ years in maintenance, reliability, or engineering within heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience working with CMMS platforms (IBM Maximo strongly preferred)
- Background supporting maintenance teams, PM programs, or reliability initiatives

Technical & Systems Knowledge
\n

- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning and work order management
- Ability to analyze maintenance data and translate it into actionable improvements

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
