Step into a hands-on role where precision, craftsmanship, and ownership matter. Each day you’ll turn detailed drawings into dependable fluid-control assemblies used in chemical feed applications.

A Day in This Role

• Review project scope, drawings, or blueprints to plan your build sequence.
• Fabricate structural supports, machine parts as needed, and assemble piping systems using PVC, CPVC, and stainless steel.
• Construct fluid control systems exactly to design and raise any drawing discrepancies to the Foreman immediately.
• Perform functional testing on completed systems to verify performance and quality.
• Confirm that pulled components match the Bills of Material and report failed or incorrect parts.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and keep personal tools in top condition with an accurate personal inventory.
• Support clients, the company, and your teammates by meeting goals and deadlines, safeguarding confidentiality, and taking on additional duties to help achieve company objectives.
• Arrive on time and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced shop environment.

What You Bring

• At least one year of manufacturing experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in one or more: welding, machining, home-improvement tasks, or plumbing.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze mechanical and electro/mechanical system issues and work from schematic drawings.
• Comfort using hand tools with strong manual dexterity and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Math skills including addition and subtraction of fractions; basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and to pass in-house forklift certification.
• Capacity for constant physical activity: standing, bending, kneeling, and stretching to complete all job functions.
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate or work independently as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
