Qualifications

<li> 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience</li>
<li> A hands-on leader who sets the tone and the standard</li>
<li> Strong with people, problem-solving, and organization</li>
<li> Working knowledge of food safety and labor / cost basics</li>
<li> Open availability including weekends and holidays</li>
