Northern Bottling Company is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Large Format Sales Merchandiser. In this role, you'll manage assigned accounts on a daily route, maintain product inventory, build displays, execute promotions & ensure our products are presented according to company standards. This position plays a key role in supporting sales growth, customer satisfaction & excellent in-store execution.
What You'll Do
- Service assigned customer accounts on a present route
- Order, stock, rotate and merchandise products
- Build and maintain displays and promotional features
- Maintain proper inventory levels and organize backroom inventory
- Execute new promotions, new products, displays, pricing and Point of Sale standards as directed
- Develop positive relationships with store personnel and management
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and product visibility
- Communicate with team members supporting the assigned territory to ensure consistent execution and coverage.
- Other duties as assigned to support the sales and operational needs of the company

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical Demands
This is an active, labor-intensive position. Candidates must be able to perform:
- Repetitive Lifting: Lifting 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Consistency: Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing & pulling
