We are seeking a hands-on Community Manager to oversee a small student housing community in West Philadelphia consisting of fewer than 20 apartments and approximately 116 beds. This position is responsible for daily property operations, leasing and renewals, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, inspections, vendor management, financial reporting, and annual student move-ins, move-outs, and unit turns.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of multifamily property management or leasing experience, with student housing experience strongly preferred. Candidates should be organized, responsive, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate professionally with students, parents, guarantors, vendors, and ownership. Familiarity with West Philadelphia or University City is a plus. Some evening or weekend availability may be required during peak leasing, move-in periods, and property emergencies.
