Job DescriptionGREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY – ELECTION WORKER Ōnin Staffing has an exciting opportunity to work this year’s upcoming elections! Join us in supporting the voting process and serving your community. Whether you’re retired, a student, or simply looking for temporary work or extra income, this could be a great fit for you.
Details:
- Early Voting: October 19th-October 30th
- Election Day: November 3rd, 2026
- Must be a registered voter with a clean background
- Able to work 12–14 hour shifts
- Must remain nonpartisan at all times while working
- May be assigned to a polling location outside of your immediate area — personal transportation required
What you'll do as: Poll Worker
- Sitting/standing for long periods - Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (election equipment, ballot boxes, supply boxes) - Basic technological skills - Good interpersonal skills - Reading and writing
Skills and Experience:
Work Experience Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous polling location experience - Customer service experience - Ability to work long shifts - Experience with election equipment - Tech-savvy individual
