What You’ll Do:

✅ Support project controls, purchasing, estimating, and planning
\n
✅ Engage in safety audits, operations meetings, and team collaboration
\n

Candidate requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, W/ 3.0 GPA or
- higher
- 0–4+ years of experience in industrial construction
- Motivated, coachable, and ready to grow

Compensation is DOE, with entry-level candidates starting out of college at approximately $80,000—higher for those with experience.
