Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on store products, including conducting engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations
• Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth checkout experiences
• Manage and organize merchandise, and maintaining attractive displays aligned with merchandising standards
• Assist customers with retail store product knowledge, upselling relevant items to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash handling duties, and manage cash drawer reconciliation with precision
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and promoting store promotions or new products

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a retail environment, demonstrating leadership and team management skills
• Retail sales background with familiarity in general merchandise stores
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Strong communication skills paired with excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone or in person
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash register operations, retail math including basic calculations for transactions and inventory management
• Previous experience in stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing retail sales transactions with accuracy
