Job DescriptionPosition:&nbsp; Janitorial &amp; Maintenance Technician Pay: &nbsp;$17 per hour Schedule:&nbsp;Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | 40 hours/week Location:&nbsp;Robinson Twp, PA- two facilities approximately 1 mile apart Type: &nbsp;Temp to Hire Integrative Staffing Group is seeking a dependable Janitorial &amp; Maintenance Technician to clean and maintain two nearby facilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required to travel between locations. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors</li>
<li>Empty trash and recycling</li>
<li>Perform light maintenance and minor repairs</li>
<li>Maintain entrances and walkways, including snow removal</li>
<li>Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals</li>
<li>Report maintenance concerns</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Janitorial/custodial or maintenance experience preferred, not required</li>
<li>Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks</li>
