Join our team as a Retail Sales Representative and build valuable sales experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll work directly with customers, learn about their needs, recommend products and services, and help create a positive shopping experience. This is a full-time opportunity with hourly pay plus commission, bonuses, and performance-based incentives.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services
- Explain current promotions, offers, and product benefits
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and available services
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Work alongside team members to support daily sales goals and store performance
