Job Title: Janitorial Team Member - Float Position
Company: ServiceMaster Commercial Services
Location: Mountain Iron, MN
Position Type: Janitorial Float Position (20 - 40hrs per week)
Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour. Will have gas compensated for; candidate must have their own reliable personal vehicle.
Schedule: This is a floating position with flexible hours. We’re looking for someone with full time availability for month of September.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle; gas will be compensated for

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs
