What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cashier at Tracy Harbour, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes every guest, ensuring their experience starts and ends on a high note. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
- Accurately handling cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
- Assisting customers with menu questions and recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient environment.
- Providing exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and professionalism to the role. To succeed in this position, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (cashier experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Availability to work daytime shifts and weekends.
