About the Role
\n
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep multiple custom web application projects organized and moving forward. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, developers, designers, and QA to coordinate tasks, track progress, identify issues, and keep projects on schedule and within scope.

What You'll Do
\n

- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of multiple web application projects.
- Create and maintain project tickets, schedules, and documentation.
- Translate requirements into clear tasks for developers, designers, and QA.
- Track hours, estimates, deadlines, and team capacity.
- Coordinate task assignments and dependencies.
- Maintain accurate project information in Smartsheet and other project management tools.
- Identify delays, blockers, and potential project risks.
- Follow up with team members to keep work moving.
- Assist with project estimates, planning, milestones, and releases.
- Monitor work against approved scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide accurate project status updates to Project Managers.

What We're Looking For
\n
Required
\n
- \n
- 1+ year of experience in software/web development project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and hold people accountable to deadlines.
- Comfortable working with numbers, estimates, budgets, and hours.
- Ability to learn technical concepts and understand the basics of how web development projects are delivered.
- Ability to identify problems and escalate them before they become larger issues.

Preferred

- Experience in a digital agency, web consultancy, or software company.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Experience tracking project budgets, estimates, or resource capacity.
