Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing, premium food manufacturer to identify a Site Food Safety & Quality Manager for a highly visible leadership opportunity.
This individual will serve as the site quality leader, partnering closely with Operations to drive food safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of quality throughout the facility.
Key Role Information
- Reports to the Director of Quality
- USDA-inspected manufacturing facility (~130 employees)
- Direct leadership of 3 FSQA Technicians
- High-visibility role with significant production floor presence

Target Candidate
- Food Safety / Quality leadership experience in food manufacturing
