Ducati Austin is an award winning single-line motorcycle destination. We are a different kind of motorcycle shop--- focused on the rider experience and building lasting relationships vs. the typical big-box shop.
We don't have 10 sales people competing with each other in a race to the bottom. We have ONE sales person backed up by the rest of the team supporting you, the process and the customer.
We want you to give the customer a 360 degree experience-- the bikes, the gear, the culture, F&I options, etc. You build the relationship and stay with the customer from first contact to riding off on their new bad-ass bike.
You are part of the culture too-- bike nights, track days, hill country rides, Moto GP, motocross, etc. You are a peer and fellow enthusiast. You are selling what you love to people you like.

Compensation is base plus commission on anything you sell. When you win, we win.
