Position Title: Contracts Administrator Reports To: Contracts Supervisor
Department: Contracts Status: Non-Exempt
Position Purpose:
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing and maintaining Dealer Agreements and responding to internal and external requests for information. Through day-to-day maintenance, and development of the contracts area, team members are expected to look for new opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the Contracts Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Review Dealer Agreements to be sure they meet established criteria and comply with company policy.
Input and maintain customer pricing and program information with GP, CRM, Spiro and DMS.
Ensure proper maintenance of accurate information and records and be responsive to internal and external requests.
Work with various departments to receive and communicate status updates on a constant basis.
Manage time effectively, complete tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, think and plan, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action as needed.
Possess and exhibit an exemplary level of integrity and discretion in handling information.
Maintain a strong focus on continuous process improvement.
Work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the department.
Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Able to learn and assist with eContracting responsibilities that may include but not limited to: Setting up dealer accounts in Moxy Portal, assigning pricing (over-remits), and product. As well as creating user login credentials.
Able to learn and assist with reinsurance set ups on qualifying dealer files that may include but not limited to: sending enrollment forms to American Guardian to include reinsurance company, Plan Code and reserve amount.
Perform other duties that may reasonably be assigned.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma (or GED equivalent) required.
One year of related work experience such as accounting or warranty/contracts administration is preferred.
In addition, a qualified applicant will have:
Typing skills at a minimum speed of 40 wpm;
Accurate data entry skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation;
High attention to detail and strong organization skills;
Ability to identify problems, find solutions, make sound decisions and adapt quickly in a high-paced environment;
Proactive problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization;
Ability to work independently and quickly, and as part of team to execute tasks.
Work Environment:
The majority of this job responsibilities are performed while seated indoors with little exposure to hazards. Some flex hours may be required (must be able to work nights and weekends on a non-routine basis).
This job will allow one work from home day after training period.
Contacts:
Interaction will occur with various departments, employees and management in the performance of the job duties as they relate to the Contracts Administrator. Interaction will generally entail the exchange and gathering of information and responding to questions and requests from Operations leaders.
