About the Opportunity
We are building an AI-powered job-matching platform designed specifically for blue-collar and service professionals.
We’re looking for workers with real industry experience to test our platform, create professional profiles, review AI-generated job recommendations, and help us improve the experience for people looking for work in the San Francisco Bay Area.
No AI or technical experience is required.
Industry Experience We’re Looking For
- Retail & Grocery: Cashiers, stock associates, sales associates, and grocery workers
- Delivery & Transportation: Delivery drivers, couriers, movers, truck drivers, and transportation workers
- Nanny & Home Care: Nannies, housekeepers, caregivers, postpartum care providers, and household assistants
- Beauty & Wellness: Nail technicians, massage professionals, salon assistants, spa workers, and wellness professionals
- Restaurants & Food Service: Cooks, prep cooks, servers, dishwashers, bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Hotels & Hospitality: Hotel staff, housekeepers, banquet workers, front desk associates, and maintenance workers
- Warehouse & Logistics: Warehouse associates, picker-packers, shipping and receiving workers, inventory associates, loaders, and forklift operators
- Other blue-collar and service-industry professionals
What You’ll Do
- Create and complete a professional profile on our platform
- Test how the AI understands your skills and work experience
- Review AI-generated job titles, profile information, and job recommendations
- Confirm whether recommended opportunities match your experience, location, schedule, and preferences
- Identify missing, inaccurate, or confusing information
- Test the platform on a smartphone or computer
- Provide honest, practical feedback about the overall experience
- Participate in short follow-up surveys or feedback sessions when requested
Who Should Apply

- Have experience in at least one of the industries listed above
- Live in San Francisco or a surrounding Bay Area city
- Can use a smartphone or computer
- Are comfortable sharing feedback about a new product
- Can accurately describe your skills, experience, availability, and work preferences

- Hold any license or certification required for the services you perform
No previous AI testing, software testing, or technical experience is required.
