As a diesel mechanic with Black Rock Truck Group, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain medium and heavy-duty trucks while ensuring quality repairs and maximum uptime.
\n \n \n \n \n Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities Include:\n \n \n
- \n
- Performing advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Identifying mechanical and electrical issues, including CAN wiring problems
- Repairing diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems
- Using diagnostic tools to minimize downtime
- Completing repairs safely and efficiently while meeting OEM standards

\n \n \n \n \n Diesel Mechanic Requirements:\n \n \n
- \n
- At least 5 years of verifiable diesel mechanic experience, preferred
- Medium and heavy-duty truck repair experience
- Knowledge of Freightliner, Detroit, and Cummins systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Position requires candidates to provide a standard set of hand tools for maintenance/repair tasks
