Labor &amp; Employment Litigation Attorney

Location: San Diego, CA
\n
Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually
\n
 
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Manage a diverse caseload of Labor &amp; Employment litigation matters.</li>
\n
<li>Handle cases through all stages of litigation.</li>
\n
<li>Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court appearances.</li>
\n
<li>Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.</li>
\n
<li>Manage approximately 10–15 active matters.</li>
\n</ul>
\n
 
\n
Qualifications:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>2 - 5+ years of litigation experience.</li>
\n
<li>Labor &amp; Employment litigation experience preferred.</li>
\n
<li>Experience in insurance defense, general litigation, or other relevant litigation practice areas will be considered.</li>
\n
<li>Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.</li>
\n</ul>
\n

Compensation:
\n
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000–$325,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
