DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Client Onboarding: Act as the first point of contact for potential new clients (PNCs), conducting initial interviews, gathering case details, and assessing initial viability.
- High-Volume Outreach: Spend 80–90% of the workday on the phone making contact with new leads and individuals reaching out via website or digital media inquiries.
- Data Management: Input PNC details accurately into the firm's CRM, ensuring precise contact info and demographics are recorded before routing to TrialWorks (case management system).
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing, mailing, and scanning intake packages, authorizations, and client contracts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the intake team, paralegal managers, and attorneys to ensure a smooth, professional client onboarding process.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: Prior experience in a call center, high-volume phone outreach, or customer service environment required. (Experience in a plaintiff’s asbestos practice or legal setting is a strong plus!)
- Communication & Service: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural desire to help people navigating legal challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office products; experience with legal CRMs or TrialWorks is a plus.
- Detail & Accuracy: High attention to detail, particularly regarding data entry and record management.
- Initiative: Ability to self-start, manage high-volume daily tasks independently, and solve problems proactively.
