We&nbsp;are&nbsp;currently&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a&nbsp;Full-Time Facility Manager&nbsp;for&nbsp;our&nbsp;Bismarck&nbsp;campus!
Shift:&nbsp;Full-time,&nbsp;Monday&nbsp;through&nbsp;Friday,&nbsp;with&nbsp;on-call&nbsp;availability&nbsp;as&nbsp;needed.
What&nbsp;You&nbsp;Will&nbsp;Do
Facility&nbsp;management&nbsp;involves&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;disciplines&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;the&nbsp;functionality,&nbsp;safety,&nbsp;and&nbsp;efficiency&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Agency’s&nbsp;buildings,&nbsp;grounds,&nbsp;equipment,&nbsp;and&nbsp;facilities.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Facility&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;oversees&nbsp;the&nbsp;planning,&nbsp;maintenance,&nbsp;construction,&nbsp;and&nbsp;improvement&nbsp;of&nbsp;Agency&nbsp;facilities,&nbsp;including&nbsp;food&nbsp;services,&nbsp;the&nbsp;horse&nbsp;program,&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;Honda&nbsp;program.
This&nbsp;position&nbsp;is&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;all&nbsp;facilities&nbsp;meet&nbsp;applicable&nbsp;safety,&nbsp;sanitation,&nbsp;security,&nbsp;environmental,&nbsp;and&nbsp;life&nbsp;safety&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;while&nbsp;creating&nbsp;a&nbsp;safe,&nbsp;welcoming,&nbsp;and&nbsp;functional&nbsp;environment&nbsp;for&nbsp;youth,&nbsp;staff,&nbsp;and&nbsp;visitors.
