Service Technician (Field Maintenance)
Seattle Region, WA (Travel Required)
$25.00 - $30.00 per Hour
Full-Time | Direct Hire
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting at commercial client locations throughout the Seattle region. This field-based position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Travel to commercial properties to perform maintenance and repair work
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment
- Complete general repairs including:

- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
- Install, replace, and maintain fixtures, equipment, and components
- Accurately document completed work and service reports
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, or service technician experience preferred
- Experience with multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the region
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work
- Valid Driver's License required

- Field-based position servicing commercial properties
