Overview
Are you a vibrant, energetic individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences? As a Host with Sike Entertainment, you will be the heartbeat of music video bingo, trivia, karaoke, private events, and outdoor movie screenings.
Duties
- Host and coordinate entertainment activities, including music video bingo, pub trivia, karaoke, weddings/private events, outdoor movie screenings.
- Manage event logistics from setup to teardown, ensuring all equipment and materials are handled safely and efficiently
- Engage with guests through public speaking, and interactive participation to enhance their experience
- Oversee equipment safety protocols during outdoor activities
- Handle guest inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive environment
Qualifications
- You must have reliable transportation. We bring our equipment to the client, usually everything you need fits in a backpack
- No previous experience is required. You must only have your own PC laptop with a minimum 1 TB hard drive, internal or external. Having your own mixer and mic are a bonus, but we can provide everything else
- Most shifts are only a couple of hours. we are looking for people who would like a side hustle one night a week, people who are looking for as many shifts as they can get, and anything in between
- Public speaking is a huge part of our services. I was awful at it when I started so don't let that deter you
- Most events are evening hours 5PM or later
