\n Role Description The Litigation Paralegal is a full-time, hybrid or remote role. This role will support two experienced, kind, and hard-working personal injury attorneys in cases that are filed in court. Our firm is trial focused. The paralegal will assist the attorneys with all of the daily tasks associated with preparing a case for trial, and coordinating trial deadlines. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and excited for a new challenge with one of the fastest growing firms in Ohio. \n Qualifications

- Experience with document review and case file organization, including managing discovery documents and exhibits.
- Knowledge of pleadings and motions, including preparation, filing procedures, and court rules.
- Prior experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm or legal department preferred. Personal injury experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Familiarity with Ohio court systems, local rules, and litigation processes is beneficial.
- Proficiency with legal practice management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff.
- Paralegal certificate or relevant associate/bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field preferred.
