About the Role We are a modern, fast-paced dental office looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first face our patients see, you will set the tone for their entire visit. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. If you have dental office experience and know your way around Eaglesoft, we want to meet you!
What You Will Do
- Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly upon arrival, answer incoming calls, and walk patients out after appointments while reviewing critical post-operative instructions.
- Schedule Management: Efficiently schedule, confirm, and manage daily patient appointments and recalls in accordance with office protocols.
- Patient Education: Clearly explain clinical procedures to alleviate patient concerns and proactively inform them of the various dental services our practice offers.
- Administration & Compliance: Register new patients, ensure all records are kept strictly confidential to guarantee privacy and safety, and order dental products as needed.
What You Bring
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred). Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desired.
- Technical Skills: "Tech-savvy" with a strong preference for candidates knowledgeable in Eaglesoft dental scheduling software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Logistics: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA 15238 before starting work (Required).
