Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, P.C. is a mid-sized regional law firm looking to add an Attorney to our team. We seek a detail-orientated and highly motivated Attorney with a strong background in tort litigation to join our Philadelphia Office. You will have the opportunity to take case responsibility, work on meaningful legal matters, and be part of a supportive team.

Job Description:

· Litigation and Counseling: Deposition, Arbitration/Mediation and Jury Trial experience preferred.
\n
· Client Interaction: Engage with clients to address their legal needs.
\n
Case Management: Handle cases from inception to resolution, including research, legal writing, and courtroom appearances.
\n
· Attention to detail: Manage a high volume of cases with precision and organization.
\n
Interpersonal skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
\n
\n
Qualifications:
\n
· Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania required (or recent bar exam results expected).
\n
· Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Delaware and/or West Virginia a plus.
\n
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.
\n
· Commitment to high ethical standard and professionalism.
\n
· Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
\n
· Work well under deadlines and in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
\n
· Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently.
\n
· Deposition and oral argument experience a plus.
