Position Overview

The director oversees the donor impact strategy, which supports andinspires fundholders to utilize their full charitable capacity withVCF. The director collaborates closely withthe Philanthropic team, Grants and Community Impact (GCI) team,Finance team, and Communications team, to develop processes,proposals, and content that align with fundholder and donorinterests. The VCF is on a growth trajectory and is looking for leaders with agrowth mindset. As a member of the leadership team for VCF, thisposition models VCF’s core values and serves as a positive rolemodel for change. This position also sits on the Philanthropydepartment’s leadership team. In this capacity, the director helpsto set department goals and targets for success and commits topersonal and professional development.
This position is full-time and  manages a full-time donorimpact specialist. The director reports to the VP forPhilanthropy.
Essential Responsibilities
Donor Impact Strategy
<ul>
<li>Oversee the donor impact plan to support and inspirefundholders and donors to utilize their full charitable capacitywith VCF and to make a difference with their giving in Vermont andbeyond</li>
<li>In close partnership with colleagues on the Philanthropy team,develop targeted stewardship plans for fundholders and professionaladvisors</li>
<li>Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team todefine and generate leads, refine campaigns, and analyzeoutcomes</li>
<li>Develop benchmarks of success for donor stewardship andcustomer service</li>
<li>Leverage software to continually enhance the stewardshipprogram, inform marketing, and generate opportunities for businessdevelopment and product innovation</li>
<li>Oversee the administrative workflow of all funds and the newfundholder orientation process</li>
<li>Lead organization-wide customer service training forcommunicating and working with donors, fundholders, andprospects</li>

<li>Represent the Marion County Behavioral Health Division by participating in meetings, committees, and Board sessions as assigned by the Division Director. </li>
<li>Program development opportunities should include input and opportunities for collaboration with community partners.</li>

Budget, Contract and Grant Management Provide expertise, oversight and support of grant application and implementation, contracts, and budget, including required outcomes.

<li>Work with Administrative Services budget analyst to prepare budget requests by projecting resource needs and preparing required documentation. </li>

<li>Work with the Behavioral Health Operations Team to research and applies for grants and other funding/revenue sources to finance services provided in programs.</li>

Quality Assurance and Program Development Supports supervisors and ensures that data drives decision making, alongside adherence to department mission and values, trauma-informed and person-centered care, and evidence-based practices.
<ul>
<li>Use data, client, and community input to inform decision-making and design actionable solutions to challenges, optimizing the services and supports provided by the division.</li>
<li>Work with Behavioral Health Operations Team and Quality Assurance Coordinator to assess program-level performance and quality gaps; initiate continuous quality improvement projects; make data-driven program development recommendations to the executive leadership team.</li>
</ul>
Response Level 1: In the event of an emergency, employee makes a reasonable effort to report to work. Employee may be required to perform duties outside of their regularly assigned duties. Employee may be requested to work an extended or flexible schedule. Due to regular assignment, employee may be assigned a leadership role in the provision of essential services or response functions. Staff at this response level must complete Incident Command System 100, 700, 200, and 800 on-line or in-person training.
Requirements for the Position
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
<li>Possession of a master's degreein a social science field, and five (5) years of responsible, professional experience in the mental health system, including three (3) years in a supervisory capacity; OR</li>
<li>Any satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to the position. </li>

About the Position
Reporting to and working closely with the co-founders of Boundless Israel, the Director of Development will be responsible for building a fundraising program that will sustain the tremendous growth seen in the past year. It's expected that the Director of Development, in collaboration with the co-founders, will raise a minimum of $2.5M annually for the next 1-2 years and develop a comprehensive program for growth, expanding to diverse donor audiences in the next 5 years.
The Director of Development will oversee efforts to maximize funding from family and institutional foundations and proactively seek new funding opportunities, cultivate relationships with foundation officers, and monitor compliance with applications, reporting, and administration. They will be responsible for writing and submitting all grant applications. The Director of Development will also regularly research and identify new prospective funders.
This position will also identify, cultivate, and solicit best prospects from current individual donors and craft communications strategies to keep donors informed and engaged, and to attract new donors. The Director of Development will build the infrastructure for the nascent development program, including donor communications, gift processing and acknowledgement, and data management.
Key Responsibilities 
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the opportunity to build and shape a program for foundation and individual donors in grassroots, mid-level, and major giving. The new Director of Development will understand and implement a moves management system and be motivated to connect donors with the programs and impact they care about most.
• Work closely with the co-founders of Boundless Israel to set annual philanthropic revenue goals and strategy. Write, review, and submit grants; track and oversee grant reporting. • Manage and build relationships with current funders, as well as research, identify and qualify new opportunities. • Identify best prospects from current individual donors and develop strategies for cultivation and solicitation; build and manage a portfolio of mid-level and major gift donors, closing a set number of gifts annually to meet revenue goals. • Increase and expand giving from individuals by creating and implementing strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. • Effectively cultivate and steward all donor and funder relationships. • Develop donor-centered communications and fundraising materials to foster giving. • Maintain accurate donor information and build the infrastructure for development program, including gift processing and acknowledgement, data management, and donor communications
Key Qualifications

The goal of this grant is to establish and sustain a University Research Office that will align with its Sponsored Program Office to support grant administration, expand faculty collaborations with academic institutions, industry, national labs, and government organizations; and provide professional development and research grant training to faculty.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Grant Administrator will report to the Sponsor Program Officer and will be responsible for grant writing, conducting grant training sessions for faculty and staff to grow their skill sets for preparing grant proposals, submitting grants, understanding grant compliance, and administering research awards received by HSSU. The Grant Administrator will perform pre-awards and post-awards duties for developing and managing grant budgets, identifying grant opportunities, building project narratives, and supporting principal investigators with annual reports and evaluation needs.

Looking for an entry level grant specialist/generalist to assist with project implementation.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Responsible for the coordination of post award activities required in Grant and Loan Agreement documents.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance will all applicable Regulations, ie. Code of Federal
Regulations where applicable
• Provide financial and administrative support services to designated program staff and awardees;
• Communicate with contractors to coordinate timeliness of reporting and facilitate program monitoring per award conditions
• Responsible for the preparation of project approval documents, review financial reports and invoices to determine appropriate amounts of payment;

• Maintain and verify payment records, reviews invoices and record receipts in format required by each funding agency
• Coordinate the review of Engineer’s approved requisitions to verify percentage of work
completed and/or materials/equipment on site in preparation for reimbursement reporting.
• Prepare required compliance reports per the requirement of funding agency for each independent project.
• Attendance at and participation in at periodic monitoring conducted by funding agency
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) is seeking a grant administrator to join its Real Estate Solutions Division. This position will work with economic development partners and the grant program manager to administer VEDP’s grant programs, including financial reporting, budget updates, payment requests and invoicing, ensuring timely coordination and review of required appropriate project documentation and managing updates to stakeholders and supporting contract management. 
This position will join a high-impact team that broadly focuses on analyzing, developing, and implementing real estate solutions for economic development projects across Virginia. The team collaborates and coordinates with partners (e.g., local and regional economic development organizations, utilities, state funding partners) and third-party private entities to strategically develop and maintain a comprehensive, statewide portfolio of project-ready industrial sites and other real estate options for the full range of economic development project types and sizes considering Virginia and its regions. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Ensure grantees submit and process quarterly reports. </li>
<li>Track and process reimbursement requests and contract change orders. </li>
<li>Track performance dates for contracts and notify grantees in advance of reporting deadlines. </li>
<li>Track outcomes of grants to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) </li>
<li>Support program planning with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling of webinars and providing technical assistance as needed.</li>
<li>Attend meetings, conferences, and site visits to build relationships with partners, market, and support site development grant programs. </li>
<li>Review and evaluate grant applications to ensure completion. </li>
<li>Maintain and update program application and guidelines. </li>
<li>Update and maintain standard operating procedures documentation. </li>
<li>Participate in site visits and grant selection processes.</li>
<li>Assist with administrating other site development grant programs with other state agencies. Work with the Salesforce team to create efficient workflows and add updates or enhancements as needed. </li>
<li>Coordinate compliance reviews. </li>
<li>Support the property database manager with updating property information based on data collected during grant administration. Ensure documents obtained during the grant cycles are archived appropriately. </li>
<li>Provide support to VEDP’s initiative, special studies, programs and reports as requested. </li>
</ul>
Skills:
<ul>
<li>Relevant experience in positions of progressive responsibility at an economic development, civil engineering, construction management, industrial real estate, and/or public organization. </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and organize a schedule to meet deadlines. </li>
<li>Knowledge of commercial real estate or development, project management fundamentals, and local government is preferred. </li>
<li>Advanced Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM Platforms. </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects. </li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. </li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>2 years’ experience in project administration, project management, real estate management, or construction management. </li>
<li>Experience with grant administration.</li>
</ul>

<li>Substantial experience with site development associated with manufacturing and other industrial facilities. </li>
<li>Knowledge of economic development or regional/urban planning. </li>
