Job Title:Call Center Representative – 40 Openings
Job Duration: 13 Weeks – Contract
Job Location: San Diego, California 92123 (Onsite)
**Training Schedule:
**

<li>Phase 1 of training: 6 weeks and on site (Spectrum)</li>
<li>Phase 2 of training: 1-2 weeks; possibly on site (Tech Way) or remote -they will be on the phone</li>
<li>Needs to be able to come to Spectrum for training (830-5pm) DAILY</li>
<li>Training will be held at (8CS5 Spectrum Center BLVD San Diego)</li>
</ul>

M-F 8a-6pm
1130-8pm and possible weekends
Candidates need to be flexible to work all schedules to help with business need Possibly could work remote –after they pass training and the assessments
They would need dedicated workstation

- Min of 6-month recent call center experience

<li>Looking for candidates who have long term assignments, not short stints.</li>

Knowledge of current matters relating to health maintenance organizations, performance management, and customer satisfaction assessment and delivery.

Basic computer and writing skills

Have worked in an environment that requires them to meet KPI’s

- Sharp has strict KPI’s the workers must meet to stay in compliance with their position
</li>
<li>
Understanding HIPPA compliance, Medicare, service recovery, fast-paced environment, experience with handling grievance cases
</li>
<li>
Experience in taking between 60-80 calls a day
</li>
<li>
Epic Experiencepreferred

<li>
Investigatory skills – researching and looking into inquiries
