Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Update technical requirements in the UKG Ready (Kronos) system for operations and clients.</li>
<li>Provide advanced support to clients and internal staff on complex payroll, HR, and timekeeping issues.</li>
<li>Train clients and internal staff on UKG Ready functionalities.</li>
<li>Handle and complete support requests efficiently.</li>
<li>Research and resolve issues promptly, while communicating status updates and estimated completion times clearly to clients.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical challenges, including PTO, TLM, Advanced Scheduler, Onboarding, Recruiting, Checklists, Workflows, Benefit Enrollments, and more.</li>
</ul>
Required Experience
<ul>
<li>At least 2+ years of hands-on experience using and supporting UKG Ready (Kronos) in timekeeping, payroll, and/or HR.</li>
<li>Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.</li>
<li>Proven ability to utilize various resources for researching and resolving basic to complex inquiries.</li>
<li>History of managing multiple simultaneous support cases in an organized manner.</li>
<li>Demonstrated consistent productivity and exceeding expectations with clients and team members.</li>
<li>Track record of delivering high-quality service under any circumstances.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll, TLM, and HRIS.</li>

Required Skills and Attributes
<ul>
<li>Excellent and prompt attendance is essential.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with insightful communication.</li>
<li>Willingness to embrace advanced training to continuously improve.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of Excel and Word.</li>
<li>Rest API experience is a major plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime as needed.</li>
<li>Understanding and experience with profile-based configuration in HCM systems.</li>
<li>Creative problem-solving skills, including "thinking outside the box" and testing "what if" scenarios without risking service interruptions or existing functionality.</li>

9am - 5:30pm EST Monday-Friday
Job Description: Responsible for providing administrative support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports and communications. 
HR Contact Center Support to include answering inbound phone calls, creating cases, payroll inquiry support, other administrative duties as assigned. 
The role is more of a high caliber customer service representative and maintaining data versus a typical HR role 
 • Answer and field all types of calls that come in – provide assistance and/or direction. 
• Payroll Support 
o Closely partner with Payroll team as it relates to inquiries o Field employee and HR payroll questions to properly direct them to the right resolution 
• Day-to-day Support o Provide One HR expertise and support to the HR community and employees 
o Tuition Reimbursement processing 
o Employee Verifications 
o Policy Questions &amp; Compliance and Policy Acknowledgements 
Requirements:
Manager would like this person to have Service Now experience along with payroll inquiry resolution. They don’t need to know how to process payroll, rather understand logic of how timekeeping and payroll works to be able to answer employee questions. Customer Service experience and Success Factors also helpful. 
 
What makes a candidate stand out to the manager: Prior contact center experience and inbound phone calls case management. Calls can be related to pay inquires, LOA, etc 
 
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills are a must 
 
Use of case management software and call management software preferred. 
 
They use ServiceNow for Case Management. Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel experience. 
Looking for at least 5 years of years' experience 
 
Spanish language skills highly preferred.
