 About Win - Women in Need Win is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness by providingtransitional and supportive shelters for women-led families. Win’s Income Building Programsupports our clients by facilitating their transition fromunemployment to employment and helping those already employed toimprove their circumstances. JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Chief Talent Officer(CTO) provides executive-level leadership and guidance to theorganization’s HR strategies and operations for 600+ Union andManagement staff. The CTO is responsible not only for setting,enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resourcespolicies, procedures, and best practices, but also identifying andimplementing long-range strategic talent management goals. <li>Collaborate with other extension specialists and subject matter experts to incorporate relevant information and best practices into educational materials that extension staff may implement or utilize for programming.</li>

<li>Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in disaster education and incorporate them into resource development.</li>
