PURPOSE
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) to join our team. HRC will support the day-to-day functions for various human resources for all locations (North America and Globally). The HRC will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager for activities including record keeping, payroll, onboarding, recruitment, benefits, and other initiatives and projects. While maintaining compliance in accordance with federal and state regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Roebuck Landscaping is searching for a driven, detail-oriented, and highly personable Human Resources Assistant to join our growing People &amp; Culture team. This is more than an entry point, it’s a launchpad. For the right person, this role can quickly progress to HR Generalist and eventually HR Manager as we scale the business.
 
As the right hand to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you’ll play a key role in recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate pipelines, and providing an outstanding experience for both candidates and employees. QUALIFICATIONS:

Human Resources Assistant

The HR Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting our construction workforce and ensuring effective HR operations across the company. This role is responsible for supervising the HR Assistant, supporting field and office personnel, managing compliance with employment laws and visa regulations, benefit administration, and implementing HR practices that align with business needs. The HR Manager also oversees the company’s H-2B visa program, ensuring the timely and compliant hiring of seasonal foreign workers critical to our field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment &amp; Workforce Planning
