We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our people operations run efficiently and in alignment with Endeavour's values. This individual will support the daily functions of the Human Resources team, with a focus on employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, employee onboarding, and employee engagement.
The Human Resources Coordinator needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.

Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.
- Manage Form I-9 completion and compliance, including documentation verification and file maintenance.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, NDA and policy tracking, benefits set-up, and coordination of exit logistics.
- Conduct periodic audits of HR programs and records to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with coordination and communication around the performance review process.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related events in coordination with the Human Resources leadership.
- Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation in alignment with internal protocols and compliance standards.
- Draft and prepare HR-related correspondence, internal communications, and presentations as needed.
- Facilitate reimbursements of employee benefits, such as the fitness stipend and childcare support program.
- Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the broader Human Resources goals and supporting the broader Human Resources team.
Skills & Requirements
Education / Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of HR support or coordination experience, preferably in a multi-site, remote, or rapidly growing environment
Specific Skills / Abilities
- Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Deel, Lattice, or ADP preferred
- Working knowledge of HR practices and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan and perform multiple urgent tasks seamlessly
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to quickly follow-up and solve administrative issues
- Self-directed and able to meet deadlines, make decisions, and manage time well
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, a good listener and receptive to constructive feedback
- Experienced in handling communications over multiple time zones
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity
- Shows enthusiasm for challenges, comfortable with change, and always ready to learn
- Works well under pressure, meets deadlines and sees projects through to completion
- Highly responsive, courteous, professional, reliable, and always uses good judgment

This is the expected annual base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
