A well-established construction company in Oregon is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator/ Generalist to support its growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys working across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll & Time Tracking:
Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and employee time tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality. - Benefits Administration:
Coordinate employee benefits through a third-party vendor, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries. - Employee Relations:
Support a positive workplace culture by assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee relations. - Recruiting Support:
Assist with job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company
- Familiarity with payroll systems and time tracking tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with benefits coordination and recruiting processes
