A well-established construction company in Oregon is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator/ Generalist to support its growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys working across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Time Tracking:
    Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and employee time tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Benefits Administration:
    Coordinate employee benefits through a third-party vendor, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Employee Relations:
    Support a positive workplace culture by assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee relations.
  • Recruiting Support:
    Assist with job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and time tracking tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience with benefits coordination and recruiting processes
